PERSEPSI TENANT DI PALEMBANG ICON MENGENAI PENYAMPAIAN PESAN INSTAGRAM PALEMBANG ICON MALL (STUDI PADA TENANT DI PALEMBANG ICON MALL)

- The purpose of this research was to determine the perceptions of tenants residing in the Palembang Icon Mall regarding the delivery of messages on the Palembang Icon Mall instagram. The theory used in this study is the theory of Mahmud Machfoedz (2010: 144) concerning the attractiveness of the spread of messages. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. This study has a population of 162 tenants using the Slovin formula in the study found a sample of 62 respondents, namely tenants who are in Palembang Icon Mall. And this research was carried out between October and May 2019. Methods of data collection were completed by the distributing questionnaires and observations. The results of this research is it was found that there was a perception of tenants who were in the Palembang mall icon regarding the delivery of messages to the Palembang icon icon mall. This is indicated by the results of a study stating that the Palembang icon mall is in 6 elements of attractiveness in delivering messages, namely: factual, demonstration, concern, humor, animation and music.
