PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN SUKI-SUKI BAKAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE PENGALI LAGRANGE DENGAN KENDALA INVESTASI DAN RUANG PENYIMPANAN

- Inventory will facilitate the running of a company in the run its business. Suki-suki Bakar inventory control must be carried out to the maximum, because if there is an excess or lack of inventory it will cause losses in the company. In this study to minimize the total cost of inventory the company, it takes the appropriate method to help determine the number of suki-suki bakar products to be ordered taking into account investmen constraints and storage space. Calculation using the EOQ method does not meet the constraints, then the Lagrange multiplier method is used. Based on the results of the calculation, the results obtained between are better by using the Lagrange multiplier method then the EOQ method. The first was 3,42%, the second week was 1,69%, the third week was 0,23%, and the fourth week was 5,95%. In the constraints of storage space using the EOQ method, the order quantity with a charge of 0,59m^2 is obtained exceeding the available storage area, the the Lagrange multipler method is 0,4m^2.
