PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VB SD NEGERI 11 INDRALAYA PADA SUBTEMA BENDA DALAM KEGIATAN EKONOMI MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SNOWBALL THROWING

- This study aim to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students with subtheme in economic activities through used the Snowball Throwing model at Elementary School 11 Indralaya. This study used a classroom action research method with three cycles of action. Data collection techniques used test and observation. This classroom action research had 4 stages that must be fulfilled with planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were students consisting 13 men and 16 women. The result show that the scores of student learning outcomes have increased, this can be seen in the percentage of student learning, 69,4% in the first cycle and 65,5% as mean, in the second cycle have increased to 79,1% with 79,3 as mean,and the third cycle have increase to 85,1 with 86,2 as mean. This was supported by the results of observations, the activities of students who have increased, in the first cycle the percentage of student learning activities reached 66% with the active category, in the second cycle increased to 75% with the active category. And the third cycle increase to 81,3 with the very active category. This proved that through the Snowball Throwing Model can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students with subtheme in economic activities through at elementary school 11 Indralaya.
