  • In Research Factors Causing Indiscipline of Civil Servants The Regional Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2017 has a background in the problem that the number of Civil Servants in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province conducts disciplinary actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that caused the indiscipline of Civil Servants in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province. This study uses the Saydam theory which defines the factors that cause discipline of an employee. This research was carried out in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province. The informant determination technique used was purposive sampling, which was the selection of informants based on the stated research objectives. Data collection techniques in this study used observation methods, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews. After the data was collected then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. After doing the research, it was found that the factors causing the indiscipline of the Civil Servants Regional Office of the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province were the factors of lack of compensation, lack of leadership courage, and positive habits that had not been implemented. It is expected that in increasing discipline of Sipi Public Servants the need for attention to the factors that cause discipline of an employee, so that discipline can be created.
