This study was meant to know and analyze how much work motivation might have been for employees’ performance in the PT. Selatan Agro Makmur Lestari (Kebun Bukit Batu). The Population of this study is total number of disgruntled employees PT. Selatan Agro Makmur Lestari (Kebun Bukit Batu) of the daily staff (KHT), freelance employee (KHL), and specific time contract workers (PKWT) fifty-six employees. This sampling technique uses saturated sampling (census), so the sample is a total of 56 people from all disgruntled employees in the PT. Selatan Agro Makmur Lestari (Kebun Bukit Batu). This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. Studies indicate that there us a positive and significant influence between job motivation for employee performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Employee Performance
