  • Pneumonia is the main killer of childhood in the world and in Indonesia this disease is ranked in the top 10 causes of death of infants and childhood. One of the government's efforts in suppressing the mortality rate is through the Integrated Management Childhood Illnesses across the program at the community health center. Therefore, cooperation is needed for each community health center officer. The purpose of this study is to analyze cross program collaboration in the implementation of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (Pneumonia) at the Sei Selincah health center in Palembang City. This study uses a qualitative approach. Research informants numbered 10 people using the principle of suitability and principle of adequacy. For based retrieval using 3 ways, including indepth interviews, observation and document review. The based of presentation in this study is in the form of a matrix and narrative. The results showed that there were inhibiting factors in crossprogram collaboration when the implementation of Integrated Management Childhood Illness of Pneumonia included commitment, governance and risk management as well as not optimal role management between the P2PM and Health Promotion when the collaboration took place. Suggestions for this study include making pneumonia the main strategic issue of Sei Selincah community health center that must be prevented and controlled immediately so that all officers have a very important role to be involved in implementing the program. This will have an impact on the high commitment of officers and setting a good role in a more communicate and confirm each other in the execution of tasks so that all activities can be carried out optimally.
