The aim of this study to isolate bacteria in the hepatopancreas and to find out the types of bacteria that found in mangrove crabs. The results obtained from this study were the discovery of Mangrove crabs, namely the Scylla serrata species. Isolation process in Mangrove crabs S.Serrata found 6 isolates, 4 isolator in the hepatopancreas and 2 isolates in the gill section.
