This study aims to determine the effect of net profit margin (NPM), total assets turnover (TATO), debt to equity ratio (DER), dividend payout ratio (DPR) to sustainable growth rate (SGR). Research data about companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) period 2012-2016. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method so that the sample can be obtained as many as 19 companies. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that net profit margin and total assets turnover significant to sustainable growth rate, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio is not significant to sustainable growth rate.
