Therefore for a good image then PT. KAI DIVRE III Palembang provide good service to the passengers. This study discusses the Corporate Image in terms of Service to Passengers. While this type of research is a descriptive quantitative descriptive type with the aim to describe all the conditions, situations, and social phenomena that occur in society. Data collection methods were solved by questionnaire distribution method, observation and documentation. From the research results obtained that Corporate Image PT. KAI DIVRE III Palembang (Study at PT KAI DIVRE III Palembang in Relationship with Service to Passenger) has been good, seen from good personality, have good reputation and value and have company identity known by passenger.
