  • The title of this research, "Quality of Service Mak ing Certificate Of Police Record Online al Police Resort of Ogan Ilir Rege ncy ". The reason in electing this title 14" thi., research is still the problems experinced by the service unit an d the public who make that process of making online police record certificate, be it in terms of internet network connection, service f acility, and coordination constraints that have been executed. The purpose of this research to analysis quality of services provided in the process of making a certificate of police records online in the police resort of ogan ilir regency. This type 01 research is descriptive, by using qualitative method. The type of the data are primary data and secondary data, whereas the technic in collection the data are coming from doing observation, depth-interview, and documentation. This research use the quality of service theory by Zeithaml, Parasuraman, don Berry, whice the contains of five dimensions are tangible, reliability, responsive ness, assurance, and emphaty. The result shows us that quality of service making certificate of police record online at police resort of Ogan Ilir Regency has not run well and meet the expectati ons desired by the community as the recipient service based on Servequal dimensions that have been studied.
