The purpose of study is to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of staff on Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang Company. The population and the sample in this study were 80 Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang Company. Data collection used questionnaires to all Company. The analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline is affect the performance of Honda Maju Mobilindo Palembang Company.
