- This research entitled Analysis of Procurement of Electronic Procurement in Banyuasin Regency Development Administration purposes of this research is to know the Procurement of Electronic Goods Implementation in Development Administration of Banyuasin Regency. The type of research in this thesis is descriptive research using qualitative research method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques in this study are carried out through interviews, obsevation and documentation. This study uses the theory of procurement of goods proposed by Kalakota and Robinson consisting of three dimensions of Ordering, Fulfillment, and Payment. Based on the research results can be seen that the procurement of electronic goods in banyuasin regency development administration has not fully run well the way of implementation, can be seen in the order that is in the implementation of goods electronically no longer use invitations because now through electronic, and in the implementation procurement does not re-election because re-election is only done if the procurement of goods is illegal. And often disruption of internet network and power outage is also a problem faced in the procurement process of goods/services in development administration section of banyuasin regency. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of electronic goods procurement in the development administration of banyuasin regency as a whole has gone well. Suggestion from the researcher is to the procurement officer that is conducting training in cooperation with LPSE concerning procurement process of goods/service base of electronics so that there is no misunderstanding with the partner about the way of operation.
