PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN JASA TRANSPORTASI ONLINE DI KECAMATAN ILIR BARAT I KOTA PALEMBANG DILIHAT DARI JENJANG PENDIDIKAN

- The aims of this study were to find out the perception of the citizen towards the quality Of services online transportation in District Ilir West I Palembang City. The research method of this study was quantitative. The population of this study was the citizen of District Ilir West I Palembang city is a community that uses online transportation services, the population in this study was grouped based on education level amounted to 867 people. The sample used proportioned stratified random sampling and determining the amount with sampling error rate 5% of the study population, with the number of 2 I 5 people consist of 19 elementary school, 33 junior high school, I I 8 high school and 45 college people. This study used independent variables that use five indicators of service quality were tangible, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data were collected through documentation and questionnaires. The result showed that there was a significant different of perception from higher educated people, medium and low to the quality of online transportation services in District I1ir West I Palembang City. Public perception widi elementary education level with percentage 57.10%, junior 61.05%, high school 67.48%, and college 72.66%. it means that the higher level of education, the higher the value obtained.
