- This research entitled "Implementation of the policy in the supervision of slaughterhouses based on regional regulation number 10 of 2011 on the fostering and levy of slaughterhouses in the city of Palembang". This research is to know the implementation of slaughter house in Gandus Kota Palembang. This research is descriptive qualitative that describes descriptive data from phenomenon that researched with unit of organization analysis in society. In the determination of informants using the purpose of the goal to get more detailed information in accordance with research questions. The strategies used are observational data study techniques, indepth interviews and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed using Randall B.Ripley and Grace A. Franklin. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation still experience some obstacles that is not the implementation of compliance level at slaughterhouses in Gandus, thus causing the implementation of slaughtering in the slaughterhouse of Animals Gandus less maximum. By looking at the results, suggestions for policy implementers should increase the supervision of slaughterhouses, provide coaching and training to the resources of the slaughterhouse supervisor, and provide the necessary budget for the implementation of slaughterhouse policies.
