- This research aims to determine the communication strategy of the Public Relations Department of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang in disseminating the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) scholarship program "Farmer Children Become Scholars". This research used qualitative research methods. The research data was obtained from primary data through in-depth interviews with Superintendent CSR and Public Relations CSR Staff of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang and two students as recipients of the scholarship CSR program "Farmer Children Become Scholars". Withdrawal of key informants and informants through several criteria determined by the researcher. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies, photos or pictures, documentation, and activity reports. Based on the results of the analysis of research that has been obtained in the field, it can be concluded that the communication strategy proposed by R. Wayne Pace, Brent D. Peterson and Dallas Burnet is to secure understanding (the understanding of messages), to establish acceptance (the acceptance of messages), and to motivate action (motivating to do something), the second of the three things the communication strategy above has been well implemented.
