  • This study discusses the effectiveness of interpersonal communication on employee performance in the partnership program departement and environmental development PT Pusri Palembang. This study uses quantitative research methods, samples taken were 19 respondents where all employees were sampled with saturated sampling (Census) techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, the analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using the t test hypothesis test. Based on the results of simple linear regression, the correlation value (R) is 0,475 which means that the relationship between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication with the dependent variable is the performance of employees is moderate. R square number (coefficient of determination R2) of 0,180 gives the meaning that the variable of effectiveness of interpersonal communication able to explain changes in employee performance variables by 18%, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study.
