  • The perpose of this research is to explain the differences in customer perceptions of micro, small and medium enterprises sector loans in conventional banks and islamic banks in Palembang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. As for the population to be research are micro, small anda medium enterprises engaged in service and trade in the city of Palembang. Data is collected using instruments In the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires to respondents. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques and different tests (t-test). The results of the research indicate that, customer perceptions have a positive effect on loans and there are differences in customer perceptions of MSME sector loans in conventional banks and Islamic banks in Palembang.
