  • This research purposed to develop the students perception instrument againts chemistry learning that fulfill validity and reliability. The type of this research is developing research with 4D design consist of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The worthiness of product obtained through expert test that done qualitatively by using walkthrough method, then the value of product is count by Kappa agreement. The result calculation of Kappa agreement from four expert obtained construct assessment 0,915 and language assessment 0,83 that show the product is very good. The result of reliability product done with cronbach alpha statistic in whole 56 items of statement obtained 0,898 that show the perception instrument has very high reliability. Based on the analyses factor that done in this reseach has 24 items of valid statement that obtained 7 factors after done the validity and reliability. Factors that show in each subdimention and alpha cronbach value is factor 1 the perception of reaction (0,859), factor 2 the perception againts module assessment (0,683), factor 3 the perception againts comprehension (0,824), factor 4 the perception againts idea (0,739), factor 5 the perception againts acceptance (0,647), factor 6 the perceptions againts observation (0,727), factor 7 the perception againts absorption (0,696). The instruments of attitude generated in this study are valid and reliable.
