- This study aims to determine what factors affect the motivation of student achievement is low in students in 1 Senior High School, Tanjung Batu. In this study there are two subjects namely "MZ" and "SP". The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interviews and triangulation. Based on observation, identification and information from counseling guidance teacher’s there are two subjects who have very low achievement motivation. Furthermore, the data are analyzed by interactive model. Based on the results of the study, the motivation of achievement "MZ" is low due to lack of motivation and interest of the subject in learning while the "SP" low motivation prestasinyaa because students rarely attend school, and slow in capturing learning materials.
