- The use of paint or dye in some fields continues to increase, among others, the field of painting, automotive, workshop and carpentry, but the choice of paint is still limited or standard colors. Currently has been developed color mixer machine, so it can be generated a more varied color choices. The research will make the design of color based image mixing machine with RGB color format (red, green, blue) and CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) and euclidean distance classification method using camera as sensor. Euclidean distance method to calculate the difference in the distance of the color intensity of the paint color of the input color and the color of the existing dataset. Program created using Microsoft Visual 2010 software with C ++ programming language. The result of this research is the success of 91,73% color recognition system, the result of this success percentage is greater than the percentage of test failure which only 8,27% in recognizing color
