- This study compares the influence of active learning strategies type Lightening The Learning Climate by Listening Teams learn learners on Economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja with the purpose to prove whether There is a difference of influence. This research is a research experiment with the design of Completely Randomized Design using Two Group Pre-Post test Design. The population in this study i.e. the whole class X IS in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja consisting of 4 classes while the samples were used as experimental class 1 i.e. X IS 2 with a total of 26 people and learners class experiment 2 X IS 3 with number of participants 27 people detained are determined by means of Purposive Sampling. The influence of Lightening The Learning Climate strategy towards learning outcomes learner of 67.2% whereas the influence of Listening strategies Teams use more small i.e. only 54.7%. Suggested in the application of Ligtening The Learning Climate teacher can provide guidance to learners in making creative humor in order to minimize the use of time so that not too much is used to create the humor creations whereas in application of Listening of its Teams of teachers should be able to customize the class so that the students remain focused on the material.
