The problem in this thesis is wether there influence of Problem Based Learning model aplication to the students learning learning motivation and students learning outcomes in history subject in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. While the purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Problem Based Learning model aplication to the students learning motivation and students learning outcomes. The sample of in the research is class XI IPA 2 as an experimental and class XI IPA 1 as the control class with Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques used in the research is data normality test, homogenity test, and two way anova test with significant level Fhitung > Ftabel with real level (a=0.05). Based on the analysis of data from three problem result Fkod = 2,31>2,26 (Significant). Fbar = 5,09 > 3,89 (Significant), Fint = 3,22 > 2,26 (Significant).
