This research aimed to determine the effects of fertilization and pruning on the growth of longan plant (Dimoscarpus longan Lour). This research was conducted from October 2016 until April 2017 at Agro Tekno Park (ATP), Ogan Ilir Regency of South Sumatera. The design used in this research was Randomized complite Block Design factorial consisting of 2 factors. Factor 1 was Prunning (P) and the second was Fertilization (K) with 9 treatment combinations. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so that 27 units of experiments were obtained. Treatment consisted of no pruning (P0), mild pruned (P1) heavy pruning (P2) without fertilization (K0) NPK fertilizer with dose of 1.5 kg / tree (K1) and NPK fertilizer with dose 2 kg / tree (K2 ).The results showed that pruning and fertilization had no significant effect on pruning and fertilization treatment in accelerating flowering process with high ratio C / N analysis.
