Therefore, the authors conducted a study for planning mining limestone as well as the needs of the mechanical tools used in mining activities. The research method used is the study of the literature using related books and archive research data owned by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in direct Observations are also carried out on existing mines to find out current conditions. Making designs using parameters of slope resulting from previous research by tim PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Volume limestone on Pit 4142 adapted to the calculation results using Autocad Civil 3D Software 2015 of 71.836.512 ton. Parameters calculation tool needs to let the load and transport based on the fix time in observed on mine eksisiting and variable time that takes into account the transport time from the front towards the mine Crusher Tuban IV. Dig tool needs fit Excavator Komatsu PC 400 LC-8 as much as 2 transport tool unit and Dumptruck Scania P 380 CB 6 x 4 as much as 6 units. Transport road design consists of 5 segments. The calculation of productivity tools transport is affected by the following factors, namely, conditions of work, weather factors, road transport, and cycle time of the mechanical tools.
