ANALISIS NILAI-NILAI KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM ADAT PERNIKAHAN MASYARAKAT SUKU PASEMAH

- This study entitled "Analysis of Local Wisdom Values in Indigenous Peoples Marriage of the Pasemah Tribe". This study aims to determine the values of local wisdom contained in the customary marriage of the Pasemah Tribe. This study used a qualitative approach, which became a social situation in this study is "the values of local wisdom in the customary marriage of the Pasemah Tribe" with details: Germidar Ilir Village Pagar Gunung District Lahat District as a place to be studied (place), the people who are domiciled in villages as actors, and their attitudes / customs in carrying out customary marriage activities as activities under study (activity). The sample was obtained by using purposive sampling technique with the number of informants as many as 12 people consisting of customary institution, village head, community, parents of bride and bridal couple. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. From the analysis of interview data can be seen that the values of local wisdom in the customary marriage of the Pasemah tribe includes religious or religious values, the value of cooperation or mutual cooperation, the value of unity, aesthetic value or beauty and the value of musyawarah.
