- This study aims to determine the people perception to Peraturan Daerah Kota Palembang Nomor 27 Tahun 2011 to Management and Retribution Service/ Sewage/ Sanitation and Vacuum Cleaning in of Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Kota Palembang. The population this research of Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Kota Palembang with the total 30.089 people. In this research sampling technique is using cluster sampling based on the table by Isaac and Michael with rate of 10%. So that the sample is 270 people. The data collection techniques required in the data analysis of this study is documentation and questionares. Then for analizing the data is using Descriptive Statistic, to know the perception to Peraturan Daerah Kota Palembang Nomor 27 Tahun 2011 to Management and Levy Service/ Waste/ Cleanliness and Vacuum Cleaning in of Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Kota Palembang. Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that peoples’ perception to Peraturan Daerah Kota Palembang Nomor 27 Tahun 2011 to Management and Levies of Service/ Garbage/ Cleanliness and Vacuum cleaning in of Ilir Timur II District of Palembang City about is negative with an average score of the three perception indicators that is: waste management 66% , 51.5% levy, 62% clean water supply and sludge with an average yield of 59.8%. The result of score interpretation for recapitulation obtained by researcher through data analysis more than (≤) 62.5.
