This study was aimed to analyze the influences of investment decision, funding decision and dividend decision of company value (in sub company sector property and real estate in period 2012-2016). This research design was associative. The method of data analysis was factor analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicated that decision of investasi was not significant to the company value, and also fund decision was not significant to company value too, but dividend decision has a positive effect to the company. The independent variable ability explained dependent variation 18,3% while the rest 81,7% was explained by other outside variables of this research
