This research was aimed the effect of financial performance and the investment opportunity set to the value of the company. The sample of this research in manufacture firm which is listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2012-2016 period. The research sample are 36 firm with 5 years observation. Based on method purposive sampling, the total of research sample is 180 financial reports. Hypothesis in this research uses multiplier regression technique. The result of this indicates that return on assets investment opportunity set have positive influence and significantly on value of the company. On the other hand, return on equity have negative influence and no significantly on value of the company
