- The effectiveness of interpersonal communication is communication that occurs directly or face to face both between someone and someone or with a group, 1his communication is very effective because ii can immediately known the response of the communicant. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication between superiors and Subordinates on employee perfomance at Radio Republik Indonesia. This research was conducted at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Palembang. In the study using quantitative research, with the independen1 1·ariabels namely the effec1ii-eness of interpersonal communication and the dependent variabel is the performance of employees. The collection of data is done through the dissemination of obsevation questionnaires and documen1a1ion studies. The questionnaire distribusion is distributed to the respondents who are employees of Radio Republik Indonesia Palembang is as many as 56 respondents. The results of 1his study indicate that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication positively affects employee perfomance at Radio Republik lndonesia Palembang. Based on the value, it is know that tcoun of 5.834 >tulet 2.005 so that it can be concluded that the effectiveness variabel of personal communication (x) affects the performance 1'tlriabel employees {y)
