PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN GURU MATAPELAJARAN PPKn TENTANG KURIKULUM 2013 TERHADAP MOTIVASI MENGAJAR DI SMA NEGERI SE-KOTA PALEMBANG

- This study aimed to determine the effect of the understanding Pancasila and civic education teacher about curriculum 2013 of the teach motivation in SMA Negeri Palembang cities. The population was all of the Pancasila and civic education teachers SMA Negeri Palembang cities which the total number of teachers was 61 Pancasila and civic education teachers of 22 SMA Negeri Palembang cities. Formerly, the samples were taken by using purposive sampling. Then it was already chosen samples with 36 Pancasila and civic education teachers of 13 SMA Negeri Palembang cities. In collecting the data documentation technique, and questionnaires were used. Based on the data analysis and study description, it was obtained that the understanding Pancasila and civic education teacher about curriculum 2013 in the medium category or good enough, and had the teach motivation in the good enough category too. From the result analyzed crosstabs, chi square test .001 < .05, if sig. count < α it mean that it rejected Ho and it accepted Ha. Thus, there is a significant effect the understanding Pancasila and civic education teacher about curriculum 2013 of the teach motivation in SMA Negeri Palembang cities.
