- This research aimed at finding out how the perfomance of the Department of investment and One Stop Integrated Services of Palembang City m the Issuance of Trade Business License. The background of this research is the incompatibility of the recapitulation of registration of trading business licenses with the recapitulation of published decree in the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Servrces and non -conformity of the settlement period The method that used in this research of Agus Dwiyanto's theory, Quality of Service, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. Based on the results of analysis and research in the field, it can be concluded that the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services of Palembang City in the Issuance of Trade Business License on the dimensions of Service Quality, Responsive ness, Responsibility, and Accountability are in accordance with the catamaterials that have been determined. There are several obstacles that are a bit of a constraint, namely the unavailability of banners, x-banners or other information stating the requirements regarding licensing services. At least some banners or x-banners with selected permissions are created. So that makes it easy for people who cannot use TV monitor.
