- The kinetics test of petroleum solubility using bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas flourescens have been done. The differential method reaction and the integral method was used tu find the order reaction and the constant of solubility reaction of petroleum. The decrease of TPH sludge concentration from the initial TPH cation of 4.91% with the aeration for 10 days was found for P. aeruginosa bacteria were made 2.3%; 2.6%; 3%; 3.2%; 3.5% and P. flourescens bacteria were made 3.5%; 2.8%; 2.5%; 2.1%; 1.2%. The order reaction values obtained from the relationship of ln [C] versus ln r for each bacteria were made 0.59 and 0.45 and the constant rate of reaction values is 0.06 days-1 and 0.09 days-1, the time required to reach TPH <1% in bacteria P. aeruginosa and P. flourescens is for 20 dyas and 12 days. The result of GC analysis was conducted of component present in degraded petroleum. The result of petroleum degradation ability for P. aeruginosa bacteria on hydrocarbon atoms <C10-C14; >C22 and for P. flourescens bacteria on hydrocarbon atoms <C10-C14; C15-C17; C18->C22.
