- Youtube is one of the media used by women in accessing one of her information bout beauty. Female Daily Network offers five flagship segments with an average of 400 thousand viewers. "Skincare 10 I " became the favorite segment watched by members of the Hijabers Community of Palembang. This reseaFch is interesting to be examined by using qualitative method. In addition to participant observation inJerviews and documentation used to collect data, ii was found that six members of the Palembang Hijabers Community used youtube Female Daily Network channel as a falfillment (I) Cognitive, the person activating the Activation may also correct the beauty information (2) Affective, viewers are interested in youtube impressions of the Female Daily Network channel with a high interest then the more often to access the impressions (3) Integrative Personal, the audience will judge a credibility of the information resources and packaging impressions created by the Female Daily Networkyoutube channel (4) Integrative Social, creating closeness with relatives or others because it has the same interest about beauty because there is interaction done online or ojfline (5) ind solutions to complaints of slcin problems experienced and can decide to purchase products from the available reviews. 5 These aspects are assessed in accordance with the theory of Use and Needs used in this research approach.
