PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS AUDIOVISUAL MENGGUNAKAN SONY VEGAS PADA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

- This research titled ‘The Development of Audiovisual based Learning Media Using Sony Vegas in History Subject at Senior High School”. This research used teaching materials of Wedding and Birth Traditions in Palembang. This research had been applied in class Ten Social Science Senior High School 14 Palembang. This research aimed to develop audiovisual media through Sony Vegas software. Thus, it became valid learning media and it had impact for the effectiveness in history subject at Senior High School. This research was the development research using development model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). validity of learning media was assessed by three experts such as material expert, learning design expert and media expert. Material validity had value of 4.23 in valid category, design validity had value of 4.35 in very valid category, media validity had value of 4.26 in very valid category. Overall, results of validity from experts obtained average value of 4.23 which was in very valid category.the effect of learning media using Sony Vegas in history subject at Senior High School had increase in students’ learning outcome before and after the use of learning media in field trial of 40.8% with N-gain of 0.69. it showed that audiovisual based learning media using Sony Vegas in History subject at Senior High School with teaching materials of Wedding and Birth Traditions in Palembang had valid value and effectiveness.
