  • The title of this research, “Performance Evaluation of Liquefaction Salary Governmental Officers After Using Region Management Application Information System in Secretariat of Sumatera Selatan Province Assembly”, which is backgrounded by being late liquefaction of governmental officers in Secretariat of Sumatera Selatan Province Assembly. The purpose of this research to evaluate performance of liquefaction salary governmental officers in Secretariat of Sumatera Selatan Province Assembly. The type of this research is descriptive, whereas research method which used is qualitative method. The type of data which used is primary data and secondary data, whereas collecting data technics are documentation, observation, and depth interview. Foccuss of this research used Mardiasmo Theory about Performance Evaluation. The result shows us if liquefaction salary governmental officers after using region management application information system in Secretariat of Sumatera Selatan Province Assembly, there are some problems, like being late in coordinating between each sector in Secretariat of Sumatera Selatan Province Assembly, bad connection of Internet network, limited of computers which connected into Region Management Application Information System, and limited of officers who have qualification or competence in going through Region Management Application Information System. There are some of solutions, like the officersin Secretariat of Sumatera Selatan Province Assembly must be helding officers qualification coaching to operate Region Management Application Information System, repairing coordination between each sector in Secretariat of Sumatera Selatan Province Assembly, and adding some officers who have qualification or competence in going through Region Management Application Information System so that performance evaluation of liquefaction can go effectively.
