Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Ilir West Palembang is one of the government agencies that serve various purposes in the city Palembang Ilir West. The focus of this research is only on 1 domain COBIT 4.1 that is ME ((Monitor and Evaluation) with TI process ME1 ((Monitor and valuate IT Performance). E-filling is an annual tax information submission system for taxpayers. In order to monitor and evaluate the application of IT usage in e-Filing, it is necessary to use a standard, the COBIT 4.1 framework (The purpose of Information Control and related Technology). The COBIT Framework 4.1 can also be an IT performance evaluation tool to assess whether IT activities meet business objectives. The results of research can be useful as a recommendation for harmonization between business objectives KPP Pratama Ilir West Palembang.
