- The purpose of this research are (1) to count the production cost and income from rubber seedling farmers at the breeder business at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau City, (2) to analyze the factors that influence production of rubber seedling farmers at the breeder at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau City (3) to describe the obstacles of rubber seedling farmes marketing at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau City. The research is held at the breeder at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau City. The method that used in this research is surveying method. The data that obtained from The results of field research is submitted in tabulation and described descriptively. Data collecting, in this research, focus on qualitative data, that sourced from primary and secondary data. Primary data, in this research, is collected with observation method, direct and deeply interview, with the help from questioners at the breeder at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau City While secondary data is collected from reference material in the form of books, literature, other research and from related government bureau, like Central Bureau of Statistics province South sumatera (BPS). Data processing is done by using Ms. Excel program and SPSS. The results of reseraching show that rubber seedling farmers business klon PB 260 at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau city is profitable. For production factors of rubber breeder klon pb 260 at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau City, The factor that having a real effect to the business are land, price and urea fertilizer. Marketing problems of rubber seed at Air Temam Weight Lubuk Linggau City Lies in tenders, that are less transparent in choosing breeder. Tender will only choose one breeder to deal a corporation. This is what usually triggers a breeder disagreement. The issue of uncertainty of rubber sap prices is also a marketing problems. The rubber sap prices greatly affect the price of rubber seed.
