  • The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of motivation on the performance of employees in the Office of Investment and Service Integrated One Door City Prabumulih. Background of this problem is Giving motivation to employees become one of the important things that must be considered in an office or organization so that employees can contribute to the organization for the goal can be achieved but in reality despite been given motivation but employee performance is still not maximized this problem is seen of licensing service activities that have not reached the set target. This research is conducted by using Quantitative Descriptive method. This research entitled "The Influence of Motivation on Employee Performance in Investment Service Department and Integrated Service One Door of Prabumulih City". This study uses the concept of Abraham Maslow with the five dimensions of need, physiological, security, social, appreciation and self-actualization. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative. Dependent variable in this research is employee performance and independent variable in this research is motivation. Respondents in this study are employees at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Prabumulih City, amounting to 52 people respondents. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation. The result of the research shows that motivation have positive and significant effect on employee performance in capital investment and integrated service of one door of prabumulih city. Based on the calculation results obtained the number of 67.820> from of 4.03 ie hypothesis H0 rejected and Ha accepted, ie there is a significant positive influence between motivation on the performance of employees in DPMPTSP Prabumulih city is equal to 75.9%.
