This study aimed to assess and explain the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the company's financial performance. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2016 period as many as 148 companies. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique totaling 81 companies. Analysis was carried out using multiple regression models. The results showed that : First, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) significantly influence to Return on Assets (ROA). Second. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) proxied by the Board of Commissioner Audit Committee and Shareholders has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) while Managerial Ownership does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA).
