This study aimed to assess the effect of wage, education, age and total of family member to the working hours of women grocers in Palembang city. This research was conducted at the private market Modern Plaju and Induk Jakabaring. The sample consisted of 39 respondents. Data collected by interviews and questionnaire. The method used accidental sampling technique. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that wage and age has posittive effects dan significant on the working hours of women grocers. The education and total of family members has negative effect and no significant on the working hours of women grocers.
