The purpose of this study is to assess whether the perfonnance of 13 district governments and 4 city in south sumatra is economical, efficient and effective. By using Value For Money. Type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data sources are secondary data and data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that in the economic measurement, the performance improvement in 2014 is 52.9% and in 2016 !00%. In the efficient measurement of performance improvement in 2014 by 58.8% and in 2016 by 70.6%. In the effective measurement, there was a decrease in perfonnance in 2014 by 58.8% and in 2016 by 17.6%.
