- This study entitled " The Quality for Health Service of the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) for Hospitalization in Internal Medicine at General Hospital Ogan Ilir. The background of this research those are still a lot of shortage of pre-facilities and the timeliness in hospital services for Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) user. The purpose of this study is to determine the service quality of the hospital room at internal diseases for patients using Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ogan Ilir district. The method that is used in this study is Qualitative method. The most suitable theory used to recognize the Quality of Health Service User Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) On Inpatient of Internal Medicine at Ogan Ilir Public Hospital in this research is the theory / model of service quality according to Zeithaml et al (in Hardiansyah, 2011: 46 ) presents five principles that must be considered for the implementation of public services, which include: (1) Tangible (physical appearance), such as physical abilities, equipment, personnel and communication to patients. (2) Reliability (reliable), the ability to establish the promised service can be precise and careful of patients. (3) Responsiveness, a sense of responsibility towards the quality of medical services. (4) Assurance, knowledge, behavior and ability of employees and medical personnel. (5) Empaty, the attention of individual medical experts to the patient. The conclusion of this study is that The quality of health care at the time of treatment at the inpatient installation department concludes that the quality of health services provided is not good enough, Seen in facilities and equipment at the inpatient installation where the room looks so wide but does not meet the standard of facilities, which should show that the facility facilities and the infrastructure of the inpatient installation is good, the indicator of neatness of the medical personnel and the cleanliness of the treatment room at the inpatient installation is not yet fully well contained in the tangible dimension.
