- This research aims to idemify and analyze how much the financial compensation influences the performance of Faculty of Medicine Sriwijaya University's employees. The population of this research is all employees of Faculty of Medicine Sriwijaya University that is numbered 68 employees. The method used to collect data in this research is census method. This research uses primary data collected through questionnaires and simple regression analysis method as data analysis technique. The result of the research shows that financial compensation has significant influence by 51,2% on employee performance. While, the remaining , 48.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
