- This research aimed to examine the effect Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Price with used Earning Per Share (EPS) as an intervening variable of sector industry consumer goods companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study was obtained from secondary data. Secondary data in this study of the annual financial statements of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange the in the period 2012 to 2016. The samples that meet the criteria are 30 companies taken with purposive sampling technique. Analysis techniques used to observe dirrect effect and indirrect effect between profitability ratio on stock price and this research conducted by Analysis Path. Results of analysis showed that the Net Profit Margin (NPM) positive and significant impact on Earning Per Share (EPS) and stock price, Return On Equity (ROE) positive and significant impact on Earning Per Share (EPS) and stock price, Earning Per Share (EPS) is not impact on stock price and Earning Per Share (EPS) is not influential on Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Price.
