  • This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline toward work performance (honorary staff’s case) in district office of Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang. Total of the population and sample in this study are 35 honorary staffs at district office of Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang. To collect the data, author spread the questionnaire to all honorary staff. Simple regression analysis is the analysis technique that used in this study. The result showed that work discipline has positive and significant effect toward honorary staffs of Alang-Alang Lebar district office.
