This study aims to analyze the influence of financial leverage which proxied by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Profitability which proxied by the Return on Asset (ROA) in property, real estate, and construction sector company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research is 64 companies and there are 20 companies of property, real estate, and construction sector as sample using Purposive Sampling. The method used for this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The result showed that Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) had positive and significant influence on Return on Asset (ROA). Whereas Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had negative and insignificant influence on Return on Asset (ROA). Other researcher can use Earning per Share, Current Ratio, Long Term Debt Ratio, Stock Return as research variables.
