ANALISIS KINERJA SISTEM RAINWATER HARVESTING DENGAN BEHAVIOURAL MODEL UNTUK MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN AIR PADA FASILITAS UMUM DI KOTA PALEMBANG (Studi Kasus: SMA Negeri 3 Palembang dan Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Palembang)
Daftar Isi:
- Rainfull is one of water surface sources which could meet water demand either potable or non-potable. Rainwater harvesting (RWH) system is one of rainwater conservation systems which collects the rain that falls on the roof surface of the building then accumulated in a tank in order to be used. Behavioural model is one of many methods of tank storage sizing which simulates the behavior of the tank in accordance with the availability of data. Two public facilities are analyzed seeing that both are still on the same street, along with 28 year.1 of daily rainfall data. As the models are simulated and the water saving efficiency is met. the cost is also estimated and analyzed whether the system is feasible or not using present worth analysis and payback period. For the Palembang High Religious Court. 1.550 liter tank can save the water up to 68,9% with Rp6.201.500 as the capital cost and estimated payback period with yielded water volume as the annual worth in 7 years 5 months. Nonetheless Palembang Public Senior High School No. 3 is not feasible to implement, not only because the water saving efficiency is just 32,5% but also Rp47.575.200 as the capital cost with the estimated payback period in 8 years 8 months for a system with 4 tanks of 5100 liter each. Hence. the RWH is only applicable and feasible in Palembang High Religious Court and is not in Palembang Public SHS No. 3.
