- This research entitled The Effectiveness of Primary School I Margo Bhakti In Using Special Allocation Fund Of Education Field, In Mesuji Sub-District Of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency In 2015, the purpose of this research is to measure how successful the effectiveness of the use of cost which aim to build new classroom and building in State Elementary School 1 Margo Bhakti in 2015 The formulation of the problem in this research is how effectiveness of public elementary school I Margo Bhakti in using special allocation fund. This type of research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach, The research was conducted at State Elementary School I Margo Bhakti, with the subject of research being the principal, the school treasurer, and the school committee. Data collection methods used were interviews and documentation studies. The result of this research is show 7 indicator from 3 dimension input of output process, there are several indicators of 5 indicators that are said to be ineffective, such as the policy on Special Allocation Funds, Human Resources, the filing and determination of Special Allocation Funds, the Efforts of the Head of education authorities in Implementing Special Allocation Funds, and provision of information, by knowing this problem District Education Authority Ogan Komering llir should be more vigorous in socializing and providing guidance to schools applying for the Special Allocation Fund for Education in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 9 of 2015 on technical guidance of the Special Allocation Fund for Education.
