This study aims to examine the effect of return on equity and earnings per share on dividend per share in Manufacturing companies. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained through the company's financial statements. The population of this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange period of 2014-2016. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method, so that can be obtained as many as 60 companies. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple regression analysis by using program of SPSS version 20. The result of this research show that Return On Equity and Earning Per Share have positive effect to Share Price While Dividend Per Share can not moderate relationship of Return On Equity and Earning Per Share Against Stock Price.
