  • Fragmentation distribution of blasting results is one of the factors that can affect the performance of loading and unloading equipment used in the loading and unloading process of material blasting in the granite quarry of PT Pacific Granitama. 870 H-3F with a 3.5 m3 bucket capacity. The rock structure in granite rocks is one of the factors that influence the size of rock fragmentation resulting from blasting. The size of the fragmentation resulting from blasting that is too large results in the excavation of the excavating tool being less optimal. This research was conducted to analyze the extent of the influence of rock structures on the distribution of fragmentation resulting from blasting in relation to the performance of three types of excavators used in the mining process at PT Pacific Granitama. Observation of rock structure is done by observing the distance between the fields of joint spacing at the level that will be blasted. Then the distribution of fragmentation of the blasting results was observed using the Split Desktop 2.0 application. To find out the performance of excavators carried out circulating observations (Cycle Time) using a stopwatch. Based on observations it is known that the type of joint spacing is close to space, moderate width and width. From the results of the calculation of the distribution of fragmentation blasting with Split Desktop 2.0. obtained the average fragmentation for size <60cm is 83.77% and> 60cm is 16.23%.
